Unless otherwise approved, all speaking slots are 5 minutes
All speeches have to be submitted in advance so they can be published online. This boosts social media and it lets you send out a link to your speech to your own audience thus building anticipation. Finally -- if you allow it -- you can specify a license for your speech so other people across America can give your speech
And yes these rules apply to the actual politicians who speak at our events.
